Local Directions: Please use gate 1 (24/7) at exit 11 on I-25 (also labeled Randall Ave). A general rule – once on base, do not go under any underpasses – they are low and narrow and we don’t want you to bump your head. From gate 1, continue on Randall Ave to the second stop light; go left onto Old Glory Rd. At the next light, go right onto Missile Dr (past the commissary). Continue on Missile Dr (apx 1 mile) until you see the FamCamp sign on the side of the road. Turn onto the gravel road at the sign and follow it though the trees into the camp.

For the use of Active, National Guard, Reservists, Retired, 100% DAV. DoD Civilians. Only electric may be available in the winter.Reservations can be made 30 days in advance. Have your credit card number ready to reserve a site. Be sure to note your confirmation number. Reservations are not taken in off (winter) season.Free WiFi available at and near the office. Users of Sprint broadband cards get good signal and EVDO here.30 day stay limit. Since water and sewer are not available in the off season, electric only sites are $10 during these times. About 40% of the sites have 50amp, spread out among the RV sites. Cabin doesn't have plumbing, electric only. Supply your own linens for the cabin. Retirees CAN eat at the dining facilities.

This fam camp is not far off I-25 so it was easy to get to if you follow the directions precisely. On the way in, we saw animals roaming the base that we cannot identify. The park has water electric and sewer. The laundry has 2 washers and 3 dryers. The commissary and exchange is a short drive away. Right now the grass needs to be mowed.
