We have stayed here on a couple of occasions. The first time the no-see-ums were horrible. The next time was in the winter and it was the flies. I think they grow in the mangroves and feed on clam shells that an abundance of raccoons open and discard everywhere. The bathhouses are nice and the bike path to the beach area is nice.
