Stayed at this park three different times. Campsites are rustic, but they all have covered picnic tables. There is no water at the park but you can get water from the ranger station about a mile north during business hours, limit is 5 gallons per person per day. If you have an RV or trailer beware of a dip at the entrance so go very slow. Make sure to bring everything with you as the nearest facility is on Grants, NM. Nearby attractions is El Mapais National Monument. The park is very dry and windy at times so make sure to bring moisturizing lotion and lip balm.
