Rustic doesn't begin to describe it. And not in a good way

The staff is helpful and lovely. The pool is open until 11 pm - which is great for night swimming. Beyond that, yuck. There are 700+ sites and they definitely don't maintain them - or maybe not all of them. I was here in July and my site was covered with autumn leaves inches deep. Which means that when I set up camp, I walked through bug land and got bit all over my legs - my not my arms. Which tells me it was specific to the leaves and not general outdoor bugs. The whole place has a feeling of gross, with abandoned long-term campers rotting and utilities that kept cutting off. Plus tv reception was awful. For a weekend, no big deal, but when you're a long-term traveler tv is a treat.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
