We stayed here in March 2017 in the midst of a cold wave. Our site and several around it have level, concrete pads that are a bit narrow by today's standards but just fine for smaller rigs. Campsites are arranged around the lake and though they are not waterfront, they all have a nice view. Everything is a bit dated but functional. The price is very good. Our water/electric site was $13.91 with senior discount. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here in a Class B Motorhome.

Great staff
Great bathroom
Good sites. Most are pretty steep. Anything around sites 30 and 14 seem to be best.
Great trails. Some have Waterfall err.. waterdrip... which was cool and refreshing.
Wonderful views and rock formations.
Pretty river to get wet in after hike.
Will be back.
Kid friendly (2,4,6 and one in the oven)

We stayed here in a Popup Trailer.

We stayed here last September. Great place to stop if you're traveling the Natchez Trace Parkway. Sites are flat and set out around a lake in a woody setting. We had one with Electric and Water, but they also have primitive ones for tent camping. The restroom and showers were clean. We had a nice campfire.

We did a canoe trip down Bear Creek which was a beautiful way to spend a morning. Also hiked to Jean's overhang and rode our bikes around.

I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here in a Truck Camper.
