| One of the nicest parks for families | |
We camp at Roy Lake (West side mostly) two or three times a year. It is one of the nicest, well-kept parks with great fishing (northern, bass, walleye, perch). It also has a small resort (not very well stocked though). Frisbee golf, boats and canoes to rent, nice fishing bridge (island is no longer accessible due to high water levels). Nice, warm showers and clean bathhouses. Safe place to let your kids ride their bikes around without fearing someone will steal them! :)
