This one of best state parks that I have stayed in. The favilities are very clean and well maintained. the staff is friendly. sites are nice and level. The RV sites are near the south fork of the Shenandoah River. There are lots of hiking trails and the visitor center is very nice. There are also some great views of the river from Cullen's overlook. The only thing that I think that they could improve was informing campers of cancelation of events that they are having in the park. We went to 2 events and when got to the site where they were going to be held is when we found out that they had been canceled. But still a great park to visit.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
