| The grounds were unkept and deserted and we were not comfortable staying overnight. This was too bad as the location was perfect for spending time near Lake Placid and High Gorge. | | |  Comments (0) |

| quiet and peaceful and beautiful piney and spacious sites | |
the roads are carpeted with pine needles and you feel isolated - such a great find away from life. close to saratoga springs. great owners and seasonal owners. we don't own a seasonal site, but since we met the seasonal owners, they make you feel like family, and the sites are spacious, well cared for and i can't stress enough the quiet peacefulness. love this place.
