This is one of the cleanest campgrounds I've ever stayed in. Sites were neat, clean. Bathhouses were pristine. Tent sites are right on the Tennessee River. There is plenty of space between tent sites - plenty of privacy. Property is well maintained.

Campground is within 20 minute drive to Shiloh National Battlefield. Lots of birds to sing you awake and to sleep - tons of species.

Only cons are: 1) There is through traffic in the campground to a local hotel and vacation homes (light traffic but headlights can be distracting to the experience. 2) Early morning fishermen with noisy outboard motors can be disturbing to your morning coffee.

Don't let those dissuade you. I went down for 2 nights to explore the battlefields nearby and had an entirely relaxing time. I'll go back!

We stayed here in a Tent.
