Very dirty and disappointing

This park was the worst we have ever experienced! We stayed here the end of March and were extremely disappointed in the service and cleanliness. Upon arriving at the park, there is a sign directing you to go to the motel to check in. From the motel, you are instructed to go to the gift shop across the street to get your campsite. After finally getting to the campground,we had to move to three different sites to find electric that worked. The bathrooms were deplorable. The smell was disgusting! The shower area, toilet and sink were FILTHY and appeared not to have been clean for days (or even weeks). The trash can was overflowing with dirty feminine products and trash all over the floor. The campsites were scattered with litter, including a broken cooler, rags, cans, dirty paper plates, etc. The website description and pictures make the park and accommodations sound much better than they actually are, including the fact that it says there is a swimming pool, which is actually down the road at the motel. Hopefully they will clean up the place before "high season." Good luck if you stay here.

We stayed here in a Truck Camper.
