Nice lakeside campground.

This is a nice campground right on the shores of Canyon Lake. All sites are large, level, and include a covered picnic table; fire ring for ground fires; closeable standing grill; 40-60 foot-long parking pads; 20, 30 and 50 amp electrical service; water hook-ups and a nice view!

Some sites are shaded and have a view of the lake in the distance, while others are not shaded but are right on the lake shore. There are no hiking trails, but you can swim, fish, boat, and relax.

Gate is locked from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. You can leave but you can't return after hours.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

This campground is simply amazing. The lake views are marvelous; even if your site isn't a lakefront one, you'll still get to enjoy beautiful lake views. Add to that the fact that the grounds and buildings are immaculate and well-maintained. Sites are very roomy, have concrete pads and covered picnic tables. Campground hosts are very friendly and helpful. The gates close at 10PM so you'd better be in by then if you're staying here. It's just too bad they don't have cable, wi-fi or sewer hookups.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
