Loop B is currently closed (24 sites)
Piney Campground’s Loop B is closed to public use July 8th to October 1, 2014. Recently, several hazardous trees have fallen in Loop B causing the Forest Service to close this popular camping area to public access. Forest personnel are working to identify and remove these hazardous trees as quickly as possible; however, the closure may remain in effect throughout the 2014 camping season. Loop A will continue to remain open, visitors are encouraged to use caution in and around the area as assessments and hazard tree removal operations occur in loop B.
