Great facilities, a bit of a drive from the center of the park

Good facilities at the campground. Restrooms with flush toilets and each site has a picnic table. The only drawback is that it is a 40 min drive from the south rim area, although the benefit of that is escaping the bulk of the crowds. Still a busy location though so not a spot for peace and quiet. There is a store near the campground selling basic food and hot drinks and the nearest lookout point is a great place to watch the sunset over the canyon.

We stayed here in a Tent.
