	One of the Best
ldmoore Newbie February 25, 2014

Stayed here in February 2014. Our 4th stay and there will be many more. Level concrete pads with picnic table, grill and fire ring. Facilities are very nice. Best restrooms we have visited. Very friendly and helpful staff. Zip line being installed now. Will be fun. Going back in a couple months. We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

Friendly staff! Nice level concrete sites. Full hookups. This is a new park. Built on an old hay field that used to be part of a dairy farm - so the tree/shaded sites are limited for now. They have planted trees that need a few years to mature. Love this place! Will definitely be back. We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

The races at Oaklawn, the blooms of Garvan Gardens, and the bath houses of historic downtown Hot Springs are close when you want them…
…but your line in the water, your feet in the skis, and your spot on the bank as evening falls are even closer.

Other Policies

Pets

Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly cottages & yurts.
A $35 non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be applied.
Two pets maximum.

1. Your pet must be kept on a leash any time it is out of the cottage or yurt on the property.
2. Please bring the necessary supplies (plastic bags, pooper scoop) and clean up after your pet.
3. If the pet is left alone in the cottage or yurt it must be crated. If you do not have a crate, check with our office. We have a large one that may be rented (if available).
4. We ask that you cover the sofa or any furniture your pet may want to sit on with a pet blanket (you must provide this or purchase in our lodge).
