Local Directions: From Ten Sleep, WY, take US Rt. 16 east 17.5 miles to Forest Rt. 27 and Deerhaven Lodge signs. Turn left at sign onto Rt. 27 (dirt), cross a bridge and go 1.1 miles to "Y" intersection . Bear right, continueing on Rt. 27, and go 1.9 miles to campground sign. Turn right at sign into campground. NOTE: The drive up US Rt. 16 is steep and curvy. There are ample turnouts to cool the engine if needed.
