Local Directions: From Ocala: follow SR 40 east for 32 miles to the intersection with SR 19, past Juniper Springs Recreation Area. Turn right (south) and continue 4.6 miles. Look for the sign. Turn right on FR 22. Continue 1.5 miles and turn left at the Buck Lake sign. Continue another half mile to the Group Use Area.

Description
Group Camp Perfect for Fishing

Buck Lake is a group camping facility in the heart of Ocala National Forest in Florida. Great for family reunions and social gatherings, the campground can host a group of up to 50 guests along the shores of Buck Lake. The forest is also rich in water resources with more than 600 lakes, rivers and springs, several of which are near Buck Lake.

For group reservations only - Maximum of 50 people and 2 night minimum

About one hour from Orlando and the attractions. Close to the Centennial OHV Trail where you can take a 47 mile ride on your ATV or UTV. And a short drive to visit the numerous local area natural springs including the famous Juniper Springs.
