Cancellation Policy

All Reservations require a two day minimum deposit, or 50% of the time reserved. Cancellations must bemade 30 days prior to the arrival date during the off season (April – ecember) and 90 Days prior duringthe winter season (January – April) to receive a refund minus $50.00 plus 3% credit card cancelation fee.Reservations made within the 30 day cancellation time require a nonrefundable, 2 day minimum deposit.Cancellations after the deadline result in forfeiture of deposit, but may be used for a change of arrival datewithin six month of the originally arrival date, depending on rental length, time of the year, and availability. |
