Candlestick RV Park is basically a giant parking lot with no shade. It is located near an unsavory neighborhood but the place has security and is well-lit at night. It looks like it's efficiently run by friendly and hardworking people who keep the place neat and clean. The free fruit and coffee at the front desk is certainly a nice touch. While the location isn't so great, it's not close to downtown San Francisco, they do run a shuttle into town that will bring you home too at a set time. It has a nice laundry room and store and the restrooms and showers are modern and clean. The sites may be too close together, but full hookups and wi-fi are available. I enjoyed staying here with my wife and would consider returning whenever we're in the area again.
