Local Directions: On US Hwy 2, on the west side of Chester, turn south onto Moffat Bridge Road, go about 18 miles to Moffat Bridge. T he recreation site with facilities is on the north side of the river. Cross Moffat Bridge and take the first turn to the left (east) to reach the cottonwood gallery on the south side of the river. The road to the cottonwood gallery may be impassable when wet.
