Specific sites are not assigned. Go to the campground first, pick your site and set up, and then head over to the office to check in and pay. The office is in the base housing compound and if you have a big rig, you may have some difficulty maneuvering in it's parking lot.
Arnold AFB FamCamp offers rustic lakeside camping against the backdrop of Woods reservoir, a 4,000 acre wilderness lake within the military reservation. Each RV site has BBQ, table and fire ring. Lower rates for military/retirees. Linens NOT provided for cabins. Cabin prices vary on size of cabin.
For use by Active, National Guard, Reservists, Retired, 100% DAV. DoD Civilians. Reservations can be made 45 days in advance for active duty, 40 days for retired, 30 days for all other eligible participants.
