Local Directions: NYS Thruway North to Exit 19 (Kingston). Take first right onto traffic circle then exit for Rte 28 and Rte 209. Follow signs for Kingston Rhinecliff Bridge take bridge across Hudson. At 2nd traffic light make a right onto Rte 9G. At 1st traffic light (intersection of 9 & 9G) make a right onto Rte 9 south. At the next light in the center of Rhinebeck (Beekman Arms is on right corner) make a left onto Route 308 (W. Market St). Continue on 308 (approx. 6 miles) until Rock City where it becomes Route 199. Travel approximately another 5 miles on Route 199 until you see the signs for Wilcox Park entrance on the right.
