Great new park

October 13, 2016
This is a brand-new park and possibly represents the parks we'll see in the future. The first thing you'll notice is no picnic tables, no fire pits or rings.
Believe me, the park looks great without them! There is lush green grass at every site. It is well mowed and very neat, unbroken by tables and fire rings. How often did you use either when you traveled?
The majority of the park is long term employed, predominantly 5th wheels on back-in sites. The park holds 10-12 pull through sites for overnight travelers so they don't have unhook. The park is clean to almost prim, and all sites are well kept. The park rules on their brochure include a simply stated "Three strikes and you're out policy." The rules are followed. Everyone likes the owners and the results of the rules, so they don't need enforcement.
There is no Texas dust! The roads are double wide blacktop, the RV pads are level cement with blacktop aprons. The sites are very long. The site is half again as wide in the front. Once you are parked, this extra width will be your patio. The utilities are all part of a pagoda style pedestal and work well. Even the pedestal light works! There are lots of room around each site.
The cable is very good, sharp and clear. The Wi-Fi works very well with a choice of three hot-spots.
The bathrooms and showers are all-in-one and cleaned everyday. They smelled bleached clean and, though not fancy, were utilitarian and all we needed.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
