Local Directions: Located 4 mi north of Monticello and 1/4 mi N of Indiana Beach Amusement Park entrance. Recommended north to south route: I-65; exit onto US 24. Go 20 miles east to Monticello. (This KOA is 110 mi S of Chicago and 95 mi N of Indianapolis.);From Indianapolis:Take I-65 N to exit 178 located NW of Lafayette. Turn right onto State Road 43 going N. In the town of Reynolds make a right turn onto US 24. As you enter Monticello, turn left at the 2nd stoplight (6th Street) where the Indiana Beach sign is located. Continue N, please note that the name of the street will change to NW Shafer Drive. You will pass the S and N entrance to Indiana Beach Amusement Park. KOA entrance will be one block N past the stop light on the left side of the road.
