Hike-in Experience Was A Blast!

This park is run like a well-oiled machine. Everything you need to know about the park is in the brochure they hand you when you check-in. The main office has a ton of information too (and coloring books for the kiddos). We stayed at Site 13 (hike-in site) and it was amazing. We were right on the river and had a gorgeous view. Buckhorn provides carts to hike-in campers for easy loading capabilities to and from the campsite. The park has a nice set of walking trails too. I will be returning to Buckhorn, no doubt about it.

We stayed here in a Tent.
