Almost a 5-Star Resort

April 28, 2015
A large mobile home resort for retirees and snowbirds. Has a number of RV sites spaced out around the resort in between the park models. They have a strange policy of not allowing you to park your RV on the paved part of the site, but the gravel part. The RV sites are all wide back in full hookup sites. Both water faucets on our site leaked when used, one side was pouring the other dripping - maintenance couldn't fix it. The electric outlet was temperamental and I had to make sure the plug was only half in to work. No WiFi from the site, but very fast from the pool area, laundry room and surrounding buildings

Amenities are incredible - pools, spa, tennis courts, shuffleboards, grand ballroom, fitness center, croquet lawn, putting green, golf driving range, softball field with stadium, pool tables, laundry, cafe and the list goes on and on. Everything was extremely clean and modern. Can also walk to a nearby Safeway for all your grocery needs.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We were planning to stay one night, but ended up staying for 2 weeks. We got the Passport America rate of $32 a night otherwise it would've been too expensive.

Would've been 5 star if not for the site service issues and no WiFi available from the site.

Highly recommended if you want resort style life in the sun. Go in April, it's half empty and the Passport America discount applies making it reasonably priced.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
