Nice resort park

Typical RV resort park in Arizona. Mid range, not too fancy but has enough activities and amenities. Lots of snowbirds. We were passing through for the night. The site was flat with gravel and concrete pad, but the concrete was cracked and broken. The pool and hot tub are nice. Excellent game room.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

Typical Arizona park, gravel sites with concrete patio. Gravel is large rocks but very soft. Wheels sink in about 3-4 inches. Very few trees, no shade, sites were a little tight. They have two pools which are nice and warm plus a good spa. Free waffle breakfast served Monday through Friday.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

This park has new owners who have transformed it into a first class park. Streets have been repaved, two new pickleball courts, volleyball swimming pool and a new dog park. All the buildings have been renovated and painted. New landscaping looks awesome.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
