This state park is a jewel in Florida’s crown of excellent state parks. Located off busy SR 20, the heavily-treed park muffles all road noise. The park is exceptionally clean (cleanest public restrooms we’ve ever seen in our 15 years of RVing), the camping sites are generous, the bayou is lovely, and the park is close to everything Niceville and nearby Destin have to offer. Water and electricity are included in the very low daily rates, and the dump station is easily accessed. An added bonus: visitors are within easy reach of the Bay Bridge and access to the soft white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
