Little known gem in the Texas Park system.

This park is scenic and quiet. There is a lot of space between most camp sites. Parking pads are in great shape and very shady. A few sites have a view of the lake through the trees. Utilities are good and Verizon cell phone coverage is available as well as WiFi at the office. There is a small store at the office with a few souvenirs. Amenities include a sand volleyball court, hiking trails, fishing pier, boat ramp, kayak and SUP rentals. We really enjoyed the solitude and quiet, as well as the beautiful fall colors.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
