I'll second that with the customer service we received in so cal some years ago , and anyone renting check everything ,we just rented from El Monte ,take pictures of all scratches and damage , and inspect everything , and see it all working , our toilet had a hairline crack in it for example , and we lost a hubcap on the tijon pass , on a severe bumpy road surface I could have put the hubcaps in the hold , until return time , and paying $125 for cooking utensils is a rip off icould have bought it all for less in the dollar shop ,or wall marts etc , ditto on the bedding kits !
