Best Mosquito Repellants
With the news of those mosquitoes with the West Nile Virus among other things, I'm wondering what mosquito repellant do you use whenever you go camping/RVing? My son is bringing his kids in our upcoming camping reunions and my wife wants to make sure that her grandkids are protected.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Look for any product that's got Deet as it's main ingredient. The higher the amount of Deet in them, the more effective they are. Just try out a few because the downside of a high Deet percentage can be an allergic reaction. Ben's Deep Woods Off has got 25% Deet. Find it really quite effective.

We use Ben's 100% DEET. Never fails.

Tried using DEET before, but had an allergic reaction to it. Your grandkids' skin might be too sensitive to it. I'd suggest to try getting 4 Thieves Repellant. You can also make one of these on your own. Then stack up on some citronella candles. They are great in keeping the bugs away.

I'd also go with DEET for your grandkids. Mosquitoes are not the only bugs that you need to worry about. There are lots of different bugs and critters that can leave a nasty bite on their skin. I've found that repellants with DEET are the most effective in dealing with all of them.
