I'm pretty curious with the stuffing. If you cook it separately, how in the world are you going to get that turkey flavor in it?

I managed to catch the holiday episode of No Reservations a few days back. Apparently, the best way to cook the turkey is to separate the white meat and the red meat so that you can make sure that they are cooked just right. As for the stuffing, you can get it by mixing some of the drippings of the turkey into the stuffing itself. Too bad, I didn't see this by Thanksgiving. Probably would do that for Christmas.

Saw that episode as well last year. Tried it last Christmas and it did work like a charm...including the carrot vishy-something.
