ANyone heard of Passport America?
Was told about Passport America by some friends who said you can get discounts at some campgrounds and RV places. Sounds a little too good to be true. Anyone used them before? C.

Absolutely love it,cost $44 a year, & gets you a 50% discount on all their campgrounds, I made back the dues, the first time I used it. Wouldn't be without it.
There are restrictions, like how many days, & which days, but if you can work around them, it's well worth it, again, you only have to use it a few times to
make back the cost of it. You can check them out here;

We've used them too. I agree with bukhrn - there are restrictions. There were a few places where we could not use it on weekend, holidays etc, but on the whole they are pretty good. If you were traveling for as long as we were (about 6 months) it does pay off. Best to combine it with other discounts too like AAA and Good Sams too.

You can also use the America The Beautiful Senior Pass, IF you're 62 or older, General rule of thumb, it gets you 50% off CG's at "Most" National Forests, National Parks, Corp of Engineer, BLM, TVA. It also works at La. state parks.
