Hi, hope this is right forum for my inquiry.
New member from Alaska, RV savvy from years of boating and RV camping.
We are landing in Las Vegas January 26 from Alaska for a 12-day RV rental trip, 2019 Thor Four winds 22B. The plan: Visit Death Valley, Joshua Tree and the Grand Canyon (Weather permitting) So just wondering for this time of year if these are realistic RV destinations? And do we need to make reservation? Don't care about full hookup just need a nice site for the night. Plan on doing a lot of hiking not must hanging around the RV.
We just thought for this time of year these would be realistic destinations and be able to enjoy them in the 12 days we have.
Look forward to being contributing member and sharing some of my own experiences RV camping over the years here in Alaska.
Any insight or suggestions will be much appreciated, thanks.
