| Very old and rundown RV park with very little shade. |
Photos and other reviews are outdated... (New ownership and management but apparently the same old problems with poor maintenance and cleanliness). Hardly any more shade trees left here, but lots of large tree stumps in the ground. Very bad park and area with terrible vandalism and theft. Loitering and panhandling just outside of entrance gate with busy liquor store and high school located very close by. Two sisters in park manager's office very inconsiderate, rude, and disrespectful of seniors, veterans and handicapped folks, and appear to have a general dislike of Americans in general. The WI-FI and cable TV systems rarely work properly here and restroom/shower facilities were filthy with trash and debris. Dog feces were scattered in every area of the park with some areas having the stench of backed-up sewage or multiple water leaks causing swampy areas on the ground. Farm animals in backyard pens right next door to the RV. park along with the flies and noise that joins them. They require a minimum 30-day stay here, and when looking closely at most of the very long-term (or permanent) residents here in antique trailers that haven't moved for years---there is little wonder why this rule applies here... Because most people would want to leave after just a few days in this dilapidated old park that has no decent outdoor recreational facilities to offer and not much close by to this location either. **HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!**
We stayed here in a Popup Trailer.
