Our visit was Oct 20, 2017. Trees had lost their leaves so no shade this time of year. Sites are close together with no privacy. Restrooms within the campground was closed, but open at the visitor center. For those of you who like trains, there is a nice display near the campground. We did not stay and just drove through the campground.

We drove on SR 153 which is paved. You must turn left on FR 137 which is only a one lane road. Did not attempt to drive this road which you must drive 7 miles to CG. I would not attempt to take a trailer on this road.

| OMG! Terrible road even with our truck. | Started to drive up this one lane road. Got 3 miles on this road and turned around. Did not drive the last mile nor did we see the campground. Road is horrible and just a one lane road to boot, so I can't comment on the CG itself.

| Road is rutted with water run off | Road to CG is not paved. One lane road in and out. Drove to entrance of CG. I would not attempt to drive any further. Maybe an ATV. I did walk up to the first CG, but was very steep and rutted. The first site is large with just a table and fire pit. I did not go any further, so I don't know if there is any pit toilet.

| Mainly for camping and boating | Nice area. Part of the campground loop is at or near the river. Some sites back up to the river. We stayed outside of the loop as it was full. This is primarily for boat people.

I did not camp here. We stayed at Sunset CG. I hiked up here from Sunset. Nice, large area. My only concern was the road into the CG. Entrance road is about 300-400 yard long. Only one vehicle can enter. There is NO passing until you get to the CG. I would advice your partner to walk to the CG entrance and signal that no one is leaving. Otherwise, I'd camp here. There is no H20. Nice, clean pit toilets.

Good spacing, good privacy between sites. No water at sites. Water is available at flush toilets. Also, grey water dump available. Most sites can handle up to 26 ft trailer. A few pull throughs can handle larger rigs.

Very good spacing, no privacy, open area. There are flush toilets. No water in CG. Water faucet at the back of toilets. No hiking trails that I could find.

Nice. Very GREEN campground. Most sites are well spaced. Very little privacy due to no growth between sites. Sites with water and electric are $30.00/night. No traffic noise. However, a train passes through 2 times a day. No train during the night that we heard.

Nice, older CG. Full hookups. Tightly spaced between sites. No privacy between sites. There is WiFi available. Speed was excellent. Road throughout campground could use a little help.
