No elbow room between sites unless you upgrade to the premium ones, which are not worth the money. This was our base camp for other local activities and it’s on the water. I’d suggest a hotel if you're just jumping around. The sites are sand and it’s tough to navigate through the labyrinth of parked cars on the road and trailers that don’t quite fit. The park has gated security 24 hours which we found a pain each time we wanted to leave and come back. Depending on the time of day, the gate also serves a park and marina, and you could be waiting awhile to get out behind all the people that are paying to use the boating area. The grounds are kept up nice though and I think it would be an ok place in the off season.

Nice level, big pull-thru spots. Asphalt roads and plenty of grass. They offer dinner in their pavilion during the weekend. Only draw back is that it was a little noisy being next to the interstate.

The sites were a step up from most KOA sites. Grass and a little more room at most sites. There was noticeable noise from the interstate, but it was easy in and out.

For a KOA, this was one of the nicest parks I've been to. The office looks like a lodge with plenty of onsite activities. Nice group fire pits and store. Nice location in the Black Hills.

Only 20 minutes from Savannah, this was a good size park. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The sites were a little close, but fairly level. Not a lot of grass. Abundance of wildlife near the 2 lakes. Swimming not advised in the lakes.

Nice manicured campground with spacious level sites. Friendly hosts, but the store/office closes early. We were there in July and the bugs were pretty thick, but that's my only complaint.

| Good base camp for Boston | I'm not much on KOA, but it wasn't bad. Great place if you have younger kids, plenty to do. Sites were typical gravel/dirt close together. It was quiet and far enough off the main highway. Good place to park and take the train to Boston or drive to Plymouth. Camping World is also close by. KOA hosts were very friendly and helpful.

| Great small town campground | Newly remodeled 3 years ago. This is a very nice park right on the Columbia River. A two lane boat ramp and a dock at the park make it easy for boating. The sites are all level asphalt with full hook-ups. Only 2 pull-thrus, which aren't very big. Nice biking/walking trail runs the length of the park and the city. Situated only 25 minutes from Lake Chelan and the city of Wenatchee. Only 2 places to eat in Entiat which are good, but have some meals with you.

Stream lined, fast check-in. They give you a park map, don't lose it. This place is vast with most sites spacious, and separated by trees. The sites overlooking the Mackinaw bridge are amazing! You'll want bikes or a golf cart to get around the park. The only place to dump garbage is at the entrance. Great park for kids. Park store is well equipped for just about everything, food, alcohol, RV supplies.

| Good in between stopping point | The Medora Musical keeps the local parks filled up. It's a quirky park with good amount of sites, although they are close together and mine was a bit of a mud hole. The kid guiding me to my spot on a unicycle kind of made it unique. The park's not much, but the Musical with the Pitch fork Fondue BBQ are worth checking out.
