If you want to know what a hobo camp looked like in the 1930s, this is it. It was nearly full mid-week, and it was one big trash heap. One open site actually had an old car seat amidst hundreds of cans, bottles, broken glass and other filth. Campsites are extremely close to each other, and it's all dirt. The best thing the Forest Service could do with this place is go in with a couple sticks of dynamite and a flame thrower and obliterate it from the face of the Earth.
