| I would say, don't go there. |
The manager Kerry Landers is very rude. The water is contaminated with arsenic over county levels and over twice the level of uranium allowed and who knows what else. I believe that I and other residents had bacterial infections from the water and that my wife contracted a sickness that attacked her muscles, skin, and liver from the water and almost killed her. There is no cure and she may die before they find a cure. She has been in and out of the hospital, her last stay was for a month. We weren't told about the water before we moved in, no one I talked to there ever was. I lived there from 04-2011 to 03-2016. I lived in unexceptionable conditions. Sewage coming up through the bathtub and toilet almost every week, faulty electric, sewage going down the side of the hill behind my trailer, gas heater that leaked carbon monoxide, windows that wouldn't open and more. I told 3 different managers to cut the trees back before they fell on my trailer. They didn't listen and 3 tree limbs weighing over a thousand pounds each destroyed my family's home and much of our belongings. Much of what wasn't destroyed was stolen. During the snow storm of December 2014, the power and water was out for over a week. Residents were asked to help clear the roads inside the park then told to fend for themselves when it came to moving trees off their trailers and lots. Management left trash and debris including a toilet out until August.
