Very disappointed in the cabins at this campground. We booked the deluxe loft cabin because it had heat and a bathroom. The cost was $99.00 per night. When we checked in we were surprised to see the office is actually a gas station and their private lounge is a bar where it states on the door NO COLORS, NO PATCHES, NO BAD BEHAVIOR. The cabin had not been cleaned, dirt on the floor and food on the counters. The water smelled like rotten eggs. Could not and would not stay in this cabin. Moved to a smaller cabin and it was better after I cleaned it. The light which we left on in the first cabin stayed on during our three day stay which shows how much they check. The bathrooms were not cleaned on Saturday. I do not think that I will return to this campground.

This is a very large KOA campground located in a very beautiful area of PA. At the entrance to the park are the playing fields and horshoe pits. Up the hill you can see the 12 sites for the larger rigs - 4 with 50 amp,w,s & cable;4 with w,e,s, & cable; 4 with w/e & cable. 25 other sites have w/e/s & cable. The rest of the sites do not have sewer and rely on pump outs, those blue tanks or the 4 dump stations. I was told that 120 of the 350 sites are seasonal. To me it seemed like many more than that. The sites for the transients were scattered throughout the park. The park was not busy due to the time of year. The seasonals were very friendly, but many of the parks rules were ignored such as the barking dogs. An annoyance was the use of leaf blowers by the seasonals. Just as one would quiet down another would start up. We stayed in site 55 and it was very nice - easy to back in to, and easy to level. Wifi was available at thi

| Nice Campground along River | Nice campground with many sites along the Susquehanna River. The owners are very friendly and it looks like they have made many improvements. We were originally in site 13 but were unable to get level so I called the office and they said it was not a problem to move to site 12. The owner was worried that we wouldn’t like the site because it was smaller. I do have to say that if you book in any of the sites 9-17 and the campground is busy, a larger unit may have trouble getting in or out of this area because of the trees on the road (boat ramp road and corner of site 25 on Hammond Rd). We had to go through site 9 to make the turn onto the road to exit. Luckily it was empty. This campground has many seasonals (very friendly people). Most seasonals look to be well kept and are mainly in what they call the island area (sites 71-110). The grounds are kept mowed and trimmed. Nice pool, pond, play field and boat ramp. Will return.

Nice little campground south of Bennington. The focal point for this campground is the pretty little pond and the huge fountain in the middle of it. Very pretty at night with the lights on. The grounds are immaculate. Although they call themselves pet friendly they are a little over the top about dogs being left alone and a few barks.

This campground was on the tight side. Our neighbors septic line was under our awning. Only place I have ever been where they drive up to your campfire and put it out for you at midnight. The only good thing about this campground is the beach on Lake Champlain, the closeness to Burlington and the Recreation Bike path that runs through the campground, south into Burlington and north up the shore of Lake Champlain.

I like this campground. The grounds are immaculate. The playground is old but the pool is nice. Owners are helpful. A great place to explore Stowe and the surrounding area from.

I really like this RV park. The owners are friendly and helpful. The sites are large and level. The park is shady. They have a nice pool and a good dog park.

We stayed here in May 2009 when we could not get into the KOA that we were booked for. This campground is huge and even though it had rained and rained for the last month the sites were dry. The sites are level and the campground is very clean. Since we were here off season I could only assume that it is very busy during the summer months. I will definitely return here even though it is expensive.

We pulled in here one night when we were too tired to go any further. This campground is huge but we got a site and got settled in with no problems at all. The campground is clean and very well manicured. Would like to stay here again for a little longer than overnight.
