Worst service ever and worst experience I have ever had with a hotel, motel or resort! Made reservation over the phone with the manager for a month stay which could not be done online. Gave a $450 deposit over the phone for two months in advance. Dates were wrong, he changed the cancellation policy and the amount per night was different than we discussed over the phone. He yelled at me over the phone that it was the price and it didn’t matter what else was agreed. Fine, I still wanted to stay there because we had stayed there three years prior, but then we never got a revised invoice with correct dates. Sent over 20 e-mails and 15 voice messages with NO call back!!! Only when I emailed that I needed to cancel because I could not show up with nothing in writing that he responded. I got an email that only had two sentences. That my dates were all available except one Friday night. NO actual dates listed OR that it was a reservation for a cabin OR how much he was going to charge me per night. WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. Went through my credit card company for a refund. He was not going to refund me at all and it was over a month out. Totally rude and I have no idea what happened to the place I wanted to go back to. STAY AWAY.
