Beautiful area

Run by the county water agency - so no swimming in the lake. Great water park to get wet ($12 ea). lots of sites, many with partial or no hookups. Few showers.

This park is literally right off the freeway, bus stop to downtown, but lots of dirt and noise from the freeway.

Centrally located to enjoy Sedona

Our party of 8 really enjoyed the stay at this park in Winter - Hiking nearby was great as well as the easy bus transportation to shopping - we extended the stay by a day!

Good location for Stadium events

The park is really average or below and was very pricey for what you get. They charge extra to use the showers. I would skip it.

Great location - expensive with many poor sites

Location on the Newport back bay is great but the sites are mainly decomposed granite which is dirty. The grass site are lovely, but even more expensive
