| Great RV park, well maintained | Paved, level sites surrounded by manicured grass. Friendly and courteous staff ready to assist their customers. Cabins are available. I would return there again. Full hook ups, 20,30, and 50 amps, cable, swimming pool, restaurant with site delivery for pizza and firewood.
We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

All 3 ways are great when it comes to Turkey. Deep fried when I need to feed the Football Crowd. Smoked when I want it for sandwiches. But my Thanksgiving Bird is cooked with charcoal on a Weber Kettle grill.

Re: What Kinds of Wood for Smoking? | I agree on Apple and Hickory. I have used Maple with Pork, it was ok.
Also, try dried grapevines with fish. My local winery will offer them for free when pruning their vineyards.
White grapes give a nice flavor to trout. Red grape added to hickory wood adds a nice flavor to beef
Grapevine can also be added to the grill as well
