We had an amazing site at this park--even had our own little beach and a fabulous view of the Grand Lagoon. There is so much on offer here--beautiful beaches, lots of birds and so much more. If it was anywhere besides Panama City, we would definitely go back. We did not like Panama City at all--too many condos and souvenir shops. If you just stay right at the park, it is wonderful. Loved having the laundry right across from our campsite, and the restrooms were new and very clean.

| Doing lots of reconstruction | We stayed here for a week on a visit to Mississippi. I wanted to be near the Gulf Coast and you are right on it--but not visible from campground. The site we had was quite large and pretty level. The park is working very hard to be restored from Katrina and is doing a good job.

We recently spent three nights here while visiting Savannah, GA and really liked it. We were able to walk to the beach and the lighthouse. The facilities were clean and had a nice laundry room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We do plan to go back in warmer weather and when we can spend more time.

| Not fancy but very convenient | We have stayed here twice and been very satisfied. The staff is helpful and nice. My grandkids loved the bouncy park and the banana bikes. Good laundry facilities. Love the fact that it is right next door to the Publix and very close to the entrance to I77. We did not have any problem with safety issues, as others have posted. Will stay here again.

| This is a truly friendly campground | We found this campground on the CampFinder App and stopped here for one night on our way home from the South. It is very convenient to Interstate 81 and has a fabulous camp store and restaurant. We were only here one night, bu,, when we have the opportunity, we will return. Lots to do in the area. The name has been changed and it is now a KOA (I think it is called Jonestown KOA since it purchased the other KOA.)
