Absolutely 5 star

What a great place to stay for a while. This is one of the nicest luxury resorts around and worth every penny. There was always something going on from tennis, golf outings to line dancing and just people at the pools. We had a great time with our friends and the amenities are excellent. Just make sure your RV is in good shape as this is upmarket.

Close to San Fran

Trailer park is as its name suggests - full of longer term trailers. It is one of the, if not the closest park to San Francisco city which is why we stayed. It felt like a parking lot on asphelt which is fine and flat for our Airstream. I guess we didn't really come to see the park, but came to see the sights. OK place to leave the trailer and head off for the day, but make sure you lock your stuff up.

Friendly fun

Was here a year or so back. Nice people, met some friendly fun folks. Take the sites near the trees.

Go for the trees

Good if yo like trees. Right in the middle of it all. Too much nature for the wife. I liked it. Just dont try their website all that silly chirping and fancy stuff. We were self containted so didnt try the bathrooms tha night

Hey anything to do with Charlie Brown, I'm a fan. This campground has got it good. Pretty as a picture. Good sites. Well looked after. They say it is a quiet corner and it lives to that reputation. Thanks for looking after us.

Hello everyone. they are on the trail of the legendary sasquatch.

I read today that Members of Sasquatch Watch of Virginia are camping in the Allegheny Mountain highlands armed with GPS navigators, cameras, voice recorders and plaster of Paris to make casts of huge footprints.

I have to admit I'm a believer.

Airstream remodeling fixes

Thinking of buying an old airstream and doing it up. Seen a lots on ebay. Anyone got any tips on what to look out for? what to avoid?

If you must, try Rt 100. Stop at the long tail pub. It will make brown leaf peeping more fun
