Price - $72 a night with $5 per pet fee for 2 dogs Service - real rule based - had to initial each line on a page of rules. Not accommodating in the office. Sign-in was like a real estate closing. Facilities - no cable, WiFi not usable, sewer connection was at the front of site so had to move motor home to dump. Security - Lots of traffic through park, bus loads of rafters walking through, delivery trucks in and out all day long. Large turn over of campers. New people every day.

Pros: Paved, large, level pads; paved streets; friendly helpful staff. Easy access to interstate for travel around the Salt Lake City area.
Cons; Lots of highway noise, background unpleasant odor for the several days we stayed.

Cons: Site sloped a lot. No cable TV or Wi-Fi. 50 amp electric service failed after a couple of days. Lots of highway noise.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice setting in the pines.
Did not use amenities but they have an indoor pool.

Easy access from Muskogee Turnpike, clean level lots, low price. We paid $20 for 50 amp service. The cable and wi-fi worked well. We did not use other amenities.

| excellent destination park | Beautiful, well-maintained park with a 55+ age restriction. There are activities for all. If you are bored here, it is your own fault. Group activities we enjoyed were shuffle board, bean bags, darts, water aerobics, cards, bingo, a trip to Mexico, etc. There are many other group and individual activities available. We made lots of new friends from Canada and around the US.
We stayed here for January and February in a motorhome. We will be back next winter and plan to stay longer.

| Nice park if you need to be in this area | We stayed here in late December. The park is not fancy but clean and well maintained. Our site was gravel and not very level. The pool was closed and we did not use any of the other facilities. The main plus was location since we have people we visit in the area.

This park has all roads and parking spaces paved. It is clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located justoff I35 near downtown Oklahoma City.
It is not new or fancy, but a good place to stop for the night.

| Very clean and well mantained | This park is well maintained and very clean. The office staff is courtious and helpful. All spaces and roads are paved and the location is next to the bay and Kemah boardwalk. The negatives are, the park is a little pricey and the spaces are a little small.

The good: Friendly staff, well maintained common area like the pool etc.
The bad: parking spaces small and not level, long term visitors sites are allowed to get "junkie". See pictures
