| Nicely Kept RV Park, but Trains are Loud! | Overall a decent amount of positives such as mature trees, flower plantings & decent-sized sites. If you are noise-sensitive, the trains make a turn right outside the campground, giving a metal on metal screeching sound at all hours - day or night.

| Like Camping in a State Park with Hookups! | Great full-hookup site with two bear sightings! No cable/satellite TV but there are a few spots that allow that - just ask. Wi-fi was mostly good and if you have issues they have wi-fi extenders you can borrow.

| Convenient to downtown Walla Walla | The grounds of the RV park itself are nicely kept up, and the sites, while not state park spacious, provide a little bit of room in-between spots. It’s located in an industrial area that, overall, wasn’t as loud as I expected it to be. We found that pretty much surrounding the entire town is industrial – after all is this a big agricultural area.

| Tight spaces but good location & great staff | While the spaces are extremely close together, if you snag a spot along the river you have a nice backdrop filled with ducks, beavers, geese and the occasional kayaker. It was also surprisingly quiet given how full the park was most of the time. It was well kept up, had various plantings around, and two thumbs up for recycling areas! The laundry areas were clean, and while we rarely used them, these had to be the nicest bathrooms we've seen at a facility.

| Nice Park and you can ride to town! | We stayed here in November, 2011 and enjoyed our stay. We liked that the site was nice and wooded and there were plenty of trails and roads to walk - especially for a smaller park. The price was right - and we even had full hookup which is a treat in a state park!

| Grab a spot along the river & enjoy | We stayed here in November of 2011 and besides the rain, it was a great little park. Super convenient to town and the expressway without being loud, most of the sites were spacious and overall well kept up. The only major downside was the tiny entrance and the long gravel road along the lake to get into the camping area.

| Incredible Vistas along with Peace & Quiet | We stayed in this park February 2012 and it remains one of our favorites. You are away from the city, nestled up against the mountains and it is just a great place to soak in NM. Many sites are snug but we managed to sneak in a 37 ft RV.

| An excellent park to escape the heat! | This was one of our first spots we camped in (March 2011), and we think we got a little spoiled here. Most of the site are well spaced and the views of the lake are quite nice. There are plenty of trails to walk on and you can even stay within the park and walk over the dam.

| Love the Fresh Oranges, but not the Noise! | First, this was a extremely clean and well kept up park and the ability to snag fresh oranges from your site was pretty awesome. We stayed here a week and it was the noise that got bothersome - a lot of traffic within the park & around it. There is also a fruit stand within walking distance that serves up excellent date shakes!

| Easy Access from the Freeway | Overall a nice spot to wait for the weather to clear in the Siskyous to make it to Oregon. Pull through spots are a bit snug (and we had to unhook our toad), but we found the office to be extremely helpful while we had to extend our stay to accommodate the weather.
