The bathrooms were filthy. There was a code for the bath, but the door was missing and transients were inside smoking. The WiFi did not work, absent ownership means poor quality.

| Cramped spaces, very dusty and dry | Should have stayed in Seligman KOA, much nicer, but Kingman had 2 campers sharing one site. There were no on site amenities. Stay away from this one.

| Clean and pleasant, great pet area | Loved the large fenced in dog area and the train sounds next door lulled us to sleep. The cottonwoods were blooming and the breezes were wonderful.

| Overpriced, too many rules, military compound | For $55 I received a 14' wide unlevel, pull through, well water, electric and sewer. Had to pay an extra $20 deposit for 50 amp/30 amp dog bone which was not needed, an extra 10$ for a gate guard that was never used and $20 extra for 4 guests for dinner. What a rip off....

| lobster cooking at it's best | Great campsite, within feet of the ocean with great sunsets. Clayton, a town fixture, prepares nightly lobster dinners with all the fixin's. Makes the trip worthwhile. The staff at KOA were great folks and they have a culinary waffle creator who makes unique waffles. Best KOA so far...

Although close, the sites were clean and level. Prices were less than $20/night and it included admission to the huge auto/train/western artifact museum next to the CG. It will take you at least 3 days to see everything. Cute little nostalgic town with a nice diner. Also a Rexall Drugstore is in town.
