Close to all the attractions at Wisconsin Dells

The pros: 1) The park is close to the attractions of Wisconsin Dells; 2) The staff are very accommodating and helpful; 3) Great kiddie pool. The cons: 1) Some road noise; 2) The sites are too close together and a bit of a squeeze; 3) Some leveling required.

Amazing place!

This is definitely one of the nicest parks we have stayed at in Florida. It's so very close to the beach - you only have to cross a two-lane highway, and you're there. The grounds and sites are well-maintained and there are lots of amenities to enjoy, from the pool to the clubhouse. We had a great view of the water from our site.

A nice park with friendly owners

We liked our stay here, even if it's just for one night. The owners were friendly and helped us settle in. The hookups worked well - power and water pressure were more than adequate. They didn't have cable TV or wi-fi, but it didn't matter to us. We just wished the site we got was longer, but even that was okay. We'll stay here again.

Wet and Chaotic

This is a RV and tent camping park with the sections pretty close together. The site we were given apparently has problems when it comes to water drainage because it turned all soggy and muddy when it rained all day Friday while we were here, even though the rain wasn't that hard. The staff here needs a bit of a brush up when it comes to enforcing the park's policies. Noise level from nearby camping groups were quite high and carried on well into the night past quiet hours. Dogs were also allowed by their owners to roam freely without a leash and no one bothered to reprimand them. Don't think we'll come back.

Completely Disappointed

We were very excited to go here after seeing all the pictures in their website. But as soon as we arrived, we knew that we've been had. This place is nowhere near the pictures that they posted. Sites were so small and did not have any that had pull thrus like they advised. The bathrooms were so filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke (among other things). Will definitely not come back

Great for getting away

I was looking for solitude when I came to this campground and I got exactly what I wanted. They have large, secluded sites with full hookups and wi-fi. There's no cable TV and TV signal is poor here, but it didn't really matter to me. I tried my hand at the fishing lake, but mostly I just laid about and relaxed. It's very quiet and while the neighbors are friendly, you can always keep to yourself. There's a small store in the campground, but you're better off driving for groceries. The people running the place are friendly and helpful, and they keep the place clean. Some of the facilities could use some maintenance work, though, like the playgrounds and the mini-golf course. It's still a great place for getting away from the city and getting close to nature.

Great Campground for the Family

Ideal campground for families. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of amenities for the kids: pool, arcade games and playground. Restrooms and showers were really clean, but no hot water. Lots of hiking trails to walk around in. Huge and clean laundry facility that uses a card so no need to bring lots of coins. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping areas. Will definitely come back.

One of the best around the Falls

My wife and I are in agreement that of all the campgrounds we've stayed in, in the Niagara Falls area, this is easily the best. It's a new facility, so everything is still in good condition. The site we got was large and level and had good working hookups. There's cable TV and wi-fi, although the wi-fi can be a bit spotty. The place is clean and well-tended. Most of all, it's only a few miles to the Falls and a short drive to many stores and dining options.

A great place for spending summer holidays

If you like water parks, you won't be bored here. They've got a nice pool and water park, and there's a lake here as well, so you can swim and soak all you want. The staff also has a lot of planned activities going on to keep their guests busy, but if you don't want to participate, you can just lounge by the pool or use the wi-fi or cable TV at your site. The sites are large with full hookups available. The lakefront sites don't have sewer, though. My only complaint is the restrooms aren't that clean, but I guess that's to be expected when the campground is so busy with the summer guests.

Pretty park with lovely sights

The site we got at Danforth Bay Camping Resort has a good view of Danforth Bay Lake and is surrounded by pine trees. It was truly lovely and nice to wake up to in the morning. Our site was also satisfactory - large for our rig, has enough room to let us move around, has full hookups that are all operational, level, and receives good wi-fi signal. The facilities are all clean and well-maintained, and the staff are hardworking and friendly. My only minor complaint about this place is there are no benches or enough hooks in the bathroom for placing your clothes while you shower. The place also doesn't have cable TV.
