Avoid unless desperate!

OMG.... The place is predominately full time living. Off the freeway a couple of miles so it is quiet. Office closed so needed to call the manager for a spot. Given a discount because hot water in restrooms not working. That was the good news. Bad news is the restrooms were GROSS. Spiders, trash and plugged unflushed toilets.... gag. Space had broken utilities and bad overgrown gravel pad. No security.

Drove through. Didn't stay. No one in the office. Map to available spaces left on door. Most of the park full time residents and many in disrepair. No security evident.

Great wooded mixed campground for smaller RVs

Combination of RVs tents and travel trailers. Out in the woods and somewhat close to a small city with adequate grocery and services. Lane county has a great online reservation system. stayed there while playing in a golf tournament nearby. No wireless, cable and not sure about dump stations. Secure, park rangers monitor at all hours. Bathrooms clean. Showers OK if you need them.

great value

in las vegas for the winter. not gamblers so strip properties weren't appealing. checked out all the local places with monthly rates. this was clearly the best for the monthly rate, friendly service, clean restrooms, all coaches well kept. only negative is the free wireless which is slow and no cable. an upgade is possible on the wireless but using phone hotspot instead. used to airplane noise and with fan running at night never hear the traffic. spaces on the driveway side can be very noisey due to big apartment complex that shares the driveway. if you like to walk there is a huge park next door! numerous golf courses close by.

fabulous golf stayover!

Quiet, very clean and great pool and hot tub. Golf is included in the price which makes a great value. Restaurant is good and staff is very friendly.
