Stayed for the first time at this park, and we just fell in love with it. Our site had such a beautiful view of the lake, and we had no problems getting our rig in and out. Very quiet at night, which is important to me since I'm such a light sleeper. Lots of hiking trails. Excellent reception for Verizon cellphone and Internet.

The Boardwalk is an RV park ideally located in Homestead, close to Key Largo and the Everglades. Lots of shady sites, has good security. But that's where the pros end. On the other hand, this park needs a good deal of TLC. Low-hanging branches make backing into the site difficult. The public areas such as the showers, fitness center and laundry room need upgrades. This is mostly a mobile home community with permanent residents, who are not very friendly with the transients. Sure, I'll stay here again, but only if I have no other options left in the area.

It looks like that this campground was designed specifically more as a stopover than a camping destination. No frills park with only one bathroom that could use a bit more cleaning. No cable, but good Wi-Fi connection. Sites are spacious and not too close from each other. Very friendly manager. Quiet at night even though it's a bit close to the interstate.

Nice park with a sort of a rustic feel to it. Owners here are very friendly. Sites are rather close to each other so not much privacy. Bathrooms here are a bit outdated, but still clean. Conveniently located from I-10 so it's very easy to find. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is very nice. The place is well-maintained and neat. The staff are very friendly. Most sites have only electric and water, although they do have some full hookup sites. We got an electric and water site, it was fairly large and level. There's a lot of shade, but they aren't a problem when it comes to setting up a satellite dish. Most of all, Niagara Falls is only 15 minutes away. There are only two things I didn't like about this campground. One is the weak wi-fi. You can get a stronger signal if you go to the clubhouse, though. The other is the multiple speed bumps on the road. While I recognize the need to enforce speed limits here, I think the number of speed bumps here is excessive.

This KOA is just like any other - pricey for what you get. And in this area, the KOA can charge any price it wants because it's the only campground available. But then again, we did get what we need from this place. The sites are level and had full hookups even though it's a bit too short. There's wi-fi and cable TV. The grounds and facilities are clean. I just feel that for the $70 per night we paid for, we could have gotten more.

| Just an average campground with lots of seasonals | There's nothing special about this campground in my opinion. They've got full hookup sites but no wi-fi or cable TV. It's around 10 miles away from anything worth seeing. Not pet-friendly and they don't welcome dogs here, except for the small breeds. Lots of seasonals, although many of those are quite friendly. There's a swimming pool. It's a good place to enjoy some quiet, but if you want something to do, you're better off staying somewhere else.

| A surprisingly quiet place | We were surprised by how quiet this campground is despite the fact that it's right on the interstate. We've been to a number of campgrounds in the area that are farther away from the highway but are a lot noisier than this one. That was a very pleasant discovery for us. Another thing we liked about this campground is it's so clean. The bathrooms, toilets and laundry room are immaculate. The sites are also large and full hookups are available. There's good wi-fi but no cable TV. Also, the people running this place are very friendly and really care if you're enjoy your stay at their campground.

| Now This is What You Call a RV Resort | I've been to lots of RV campgrounds that claim to be resorts, but never really lived up to its claims. This was the only one where I really felt that we were in an RV resort. Everything here was clean and well maintained. Sites are not the usual concrete pad. Some even had brick fences and really great lighting and immaculate landscape. The staff was so warm and friendly. Even though our Motorhome looked old and poor beside our neighbors, they were not snobs or what. Sure, it's a bit pricey. But it's definitely worth it.

| No Frills Park in a Prime Location | The place is as basic as any RV campground could get. I guess that is why there are hardly any people around, literally. There are no attendants and employees in here. But what it lacks in frills and amenities is well compensated by its location. It is very easy to find, and it is just a stone's throw away from all the prime shopping spots. Great if you are looking for a place to get some peace and quiet.
